Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant
About The Position
Acute Care Clinics of America, LLC, a subsidiary of Presley Healthcare, is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for a Primary Care position in our Jamestown Location. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on preventive care and chronic disease management. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR and collaborating with other clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (NP applicants)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
- Familiarity with utilization review and case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
