About The Position

Holy Cross Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established Primary Care practice in Wilton Manors, Florida, one of South Florida's most vibrant and diverse communities. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in inclusive healthcare, preventive medicine, sexual health, and HIV prevention and treatment strategies.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current Florida licensure or eligibility
Board certification as NP or PA
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive care

Nice To Haves

Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Community Health, or LGBTQ+ healthcare
Knowledge and experience with PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) management and sexual health screening
Experience caring for LGBTQ+ patients
AAHIVM HIV Specialist Certification or other HIV-focused certification
