About The Position
West Hills Family Care, a certified Rural Health Clinic and part of the Praxis Health family, has served the McMinnville community for over two decades, known for compassionate, relationship-driven care. The clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about Primary Care and eager to grow in a supportive, team-based environment. New graduates are welcome and will be supported in building a strong clinical foundation. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team with experienced physicians and a skilled PA who are deeply invested in mentoring new colleagues, fostering professional growth. The position is 100% outpatient Primary Care and offers an opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships within a close-knit community.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Passion for Primary Care and patient-centered care delivery
- Interest in building lasting relationships within a community
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Open to both experienced providers and motivated new graduates
