About The Position
Munson Healthcare is offering a fantastic full-time job opportunity for a certified or certified eligible Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the exceptional practice at Manistee Primary Care. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of experienced, friendly, and highly motivated healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff who are dedicated to delivering excellent care to their patients and community.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing OR master’s degree in physician assistant studies
- State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required.
- EHR Oracle Health
- Employees must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities
- Join the practice of 3 APP’s and 3 physicians
- Telephone call only, rotated
- Services available onsite: Laboratory, Behavioral Health via telemedicine
- Office Hours: Primary Care: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
