Requirements

Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
At least 1 year of APC experience in a primary care setting
Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Active DEA License

Responsibilities

Patient centered team-based environment
Will join as a AP Practice Partner working with a patient centered team.
Team includes a Physician, AP, RN, MA, and a PSS (admin)
Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
Behavioral health providers are integrated into the primary care teams
