About The Position

Our team supports Adventures & Expeditions within Disney Signature Experiences as part of the Pricing and Revenue Management organization. Adventures & Expeditions, which includes Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions, offers immersive destination travel experiences throughout the United States and worldwide ranging from guided group land adventures and river cruises to exclusive private jet trips. The Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst – A&E will report to Mgr-Pricing and Revenue Management (A&E) and be located in Celebration, FL.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in financial, commercial, or analytical fields such as Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance, or Forecasting & Planning
  • Able to build strong relationships with partners through exceptional communication skills, including the ability to ask questions to gain understanding and influence situations to achieve optimal solutions
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions, as well as using SQL (e.g., Snowflake, MySQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data, build financial models, and deliver actionable insights
  • Demonstrated knowledge in PowerPoint and able to build clear and concise stories
  • Self-directed, proactive, and autonomous, uncovering trends outside the initial request or project scope via exploring the data.
  • Flexible and willing to quickly learn skills and processes, while actively designing new ways to advance the business

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in fields such as Pricing (dynamic), Revenue Management, Forecasting & Planning, or Finance for tourism or guided tour industries
  • Experience working with large data sets and using data to gain insight and buy-in preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ongoing and ad hoc reporting for A&E business and Commercial leaders using advanced Excel modeling and Tableau visualizations
  • Develop and maintain Inventory Management reports to accurately reflect business performance for key operational partners
  • Create and maintain complex financial models for use in pricing, promotional, and inventory decisions
  • Research and summarize guided travel industry offerings
