About The Position

Milliken & Company is seeking a Pricing Product Owner to join the Pricing Center of Excellence within the global Customer Experience organization. This role owns the day-to-day operation, enablement, and continuous improvement of the enterprise pricing platform while delivering pricing analytics that support disciplined price execution across Strategic Business Units. The position works closely with IT, external partners, and commercial teams to maintain platform stability, improve user adoption, and translate data into practical business insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics, commercial finance, revenue operations, commercial analytics, or enterprise commercial systems.
  • Experience working in B2B manufacturing or industrial businesses.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or owning enterprise platforms such as pricing, CPQ, or ERP-adjacent systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI and structured datasets.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex pricing and commercial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and user-enablement skills across business, IT, and external partner teams.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities, operational support, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business owner for day-to-day operation of the enterprise pricing platform, including backlog prioritization, platform reliability, and consistent usage across Strategic Business Units.
  • Partner closely with IT to support integrations, user access, issue resolution, and ongoing system performance and data quality improvements.
  • Manage external service providers and implementation partners, triage support issues, assess business impact, and escalate with clear recommendations when needed.
  • Develop and deliver pricing and commercial analytics that support margin performance, price realization, leakage analysis, segmentation, and pricing effectiveness.
  • Support pricing and commercial teams with onboarding, training, and first-line user enablement while reinforcing analytics standards and best practices.
  • Act as the business project manager for future platform implementations, module expansions, and major enhancements by supporting requirements, testing, cutover, and adoption activities.
