StarTech.com is seeking a commercially driven Pricing Manager – Market Strategy & Margin Optimization to build and lead our pricing strategy, helping us maximize profitability while strengthening our position as the trusted choice for IT professionals worldwide. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence how our products are positioned across distribution, reseller, Amazon, and direct channels. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Channel teams to transform market insights into pricing strategies that drive sustainable margin growth. You'll have the opportunity to: Build and evolve pricing frameworks that maximize long-term profitability. Own pricing strategy across a broad portfolio of technology products and global sales channels. Influence executive decisions through market intelligence, commercial insight, and data-driven recommendations. Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Amazon, Analytics, and Channel teams to solve complex business challenges. Identify opportunities to improve margins while maintaining a compelling value proposition for customers. Develop pricing governance, tools, and processes that will continue to scale with the business. Help shape one of the company's most important commercial capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting customer value, competitive positioning, and commercial strategy to drive measurable business results. We believe transparency helps candidates determine whether they're applying for the right opportunity. This role is not focused primarily on: Maintaining price lists or processing pricing requests. Deal desk, quote support, or bid pricing for individual customer opportunities. Contract administration, rebates, incentives, or pricing operations. Producing reports without influencing commercial decisions. Executing pricing strategies developed by someone else. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys asking "Why?", developing new approaches, challenging assumptions, and confidently recommending pricing strategies that improve business performance. The strongest candidates will have experience owning pricing decisions across a portfolio of products and balancing customer value, competitive positioning, and profitability.
