About The Position

Produce proposal pricing and cost volume in response to customer proposal requests. Lead and develop compliant, complete, and awardable pricing files and Cost/Price proposal narratives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. Develop pricing/cost volumes in accordance with proposal instructions and company policies. Collaborate with proposal team members including contracts, subcontracts, procurement, capture management, finance, and technical estimators. Ensure completion of compliant basis of estimates with proposal teams. Produce timely pricing and cost volume narratives to meet proposal gate review schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to obtain a National Security Clearance or a U.S. Federal Government Public Trust.
  • Strategic thinker, self-starter, and results-oriented with excellent business acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects efficiently and independently.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gain consensus among senior leaders from recommendations for proposal strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to promote cooperation and commitment within a diverse team to achieve goals.
  • Exposure to a broad range of Government customer proposal requirements and company product and service offerings.
  • Deep understanding of different contract types, including FFP, FPAF, FPIF, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, and T&M.

Nice To Haves

  • Pricing experience within the technology sector.
  • Degree concentration in finance, business, or marketing.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in pricing, sales, finance, or a combination of functions with significant experience in technology.
