Pricing Management Supervisor
About The Position
The Pricing Management Supervisor will lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team. This role partners with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and the communication of price calendars and cost files. The supervisor will implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and perform profitability, revenue simulation models, and economic assessments. They will develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing expectations within the team. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and managing multiple pricing projects, overseeing the reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals, and supporting suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication. Fostering strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and leading training and development for the Pricing Team are also key responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
- OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
