Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
0-2 years of relevant of experience.
Excellent oral, written, presentation and time-management skills.
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with strong emphasis on Excel and database skills).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Solid mathematical skills and very logical approach to problem solving required.
Knowledge of financial analyses, budgeting/planning and forecasting concepts and processes.
Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail industry, operations and trends.
Project management skills and/or cross-departmental teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding the business strategy and objectives and applying to the financial planning and analyses of competitive pricing gap analysis, store tiering, price architecture, and elasticity measurements.
Coordination and communication of planning and analyses with other departments including the Menu Strategy and Marketing Depts. for efficient processes.
Responsible for researching, communicating, publishing and maintaining financial planning and analysis reports for senior management as required.
Responsible for understanding and utilizing the current system applications to analyze, manipulate and model data efficiently and effectively.
Uses financial knowledge and understanding of the business to provide structured processes and analyses.
Able to recommend value creating strategies and decisions through the intelligent application of well established tools and techniques.
Provide functional and project leadership and development of personnel.
Serve as additional resource for all areas of the department.
Complete ad hoc analyses and reports as requested.
Provide financial/operational support as requested by management.
