Requirements

• Is known for their s trong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality
• Stands out for their a bility to communicate clearly and effectively, with an understanding of downstream impacts and end goals
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of profit participation concepts (e.g., reinsurance, profit sharing, DOWC), with the ability to apply established guidelines
• Is recognized for their a bility to manage multiple priorities, pause work appropriately, and shift focus based on urgency and business needs
• Has 1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support

Responsibilities

• Prepare deal- and producer-specific pricing using approved schemas, templates, and inputs from cross-functional partners across multiple administrative systems
• Process and manage pricing requests submitted through established intake tools, ensuring required information is complete before execution
• Build pricing for both presentation and installable use, validating accuracy and readiness for downstream system setup
• Use and maintain approved pricing templates, tools, and records in accordance with documentation and version-control standards
• Support Sales, the Install Team, and Admin Setups with pricing questions, validation, and routine adjustments
• Assist with complex or large-scale pricing initiatives under the guidance of Senior Pricing Specialists or leadership
