About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Pricing & Contracts Manager is responsible for pricing for existing clients across all product lines, including related meetings, metrics and processes, supporting Mission Critical customers with their billing and account setup, compliance and risk management, overseeing the Contracts Program (agreements, buyouts, custom terms) and providing other analytics support for projects and clients. This position will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for industry standard pricing, contracts and billing practices. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, this position will also take direction from the President and Director of Finance and Financial Operations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Analyst in accounting or finance for a service industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
  • Industry service experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management in reviewing and updating client rates for all product lines per company requirements.
  • Ensure all appropriate documents are printed, distributed, and archived.
  • Prepare periodic reports and distribute to senior management.
  • Host periodic meetings with CRM Manager, Directors, VP and President to review and adjust pricing management parameters.
  • Respond to client inquiries as necessary.
  • Oversee and ensure all agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and other key client documents are scanned, indexed and readily available. Identify critical updates and obtain new agreements when necessary. Produce periodic status reports for senior management review that includes quantity and quality of documents in Corodata’s possession.
  • Participate in weekly Risk Management meeting and present and discuss key metric reports (i.e. agreement status update, pricing activity results).
  • Work with Corodata’s legal team to provide clarification and direction when deviations are recognized with a client’s agreement, BAA or other document related to a client. Document non-standard deviations.
  • Conduct buyout audits per established procedures to ensure compliance with agreement terms.
  • Host periodic Review meetings with senior management to review key contract index categories and thresholds.
  • Address and resolve billing and other issues for specialty clients. Include Operations and Senior Management when needed.
  • Ensure that all client requirements are addressed (i.e. per billing setup).
  • Support continual improvement and troubleshooting in the billing area.
  • Support Billing Supervisor with maintaining SOPs, training and coverage.
  • Act as an analyst researching and resolving issues with clients, especially specialty accounts.
  • Partner with the CRM team to maintain excellent customer service standards with customers, vendors, sales, transportation, and operation teams to establish solid relationships between the stakeholders of our collective success.
  • Interact with customers in person and via telephone, fax and email to ensure complete customer satisfaction in all matters related to the operation.
  • General support, including process improvement and training initiatives.
  • Participate and lead Six Sigma projects, as required to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Assist the Director of Corporate Finance with long-term strategic projects including in-depth analysis of data using Excel and other tools.
  • Promote Corodata’s Mission and Vision Statements.
  • Continuously promotes compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, productivity and customer service are exceedingly daily.
