The Pricing and Promotions Manager will be a key leader responsible for driving the company's profitability and growth. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Pricing and Profitability and is responsible for architecting and executing sophisticated pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels. The Manager will lead a highly analytical team, collaborate closely with senior business leaders to manage the P&L, and act as a player-coach to turn data-driven insights into impactful business results.
