About The Position

The Pricing and Packaging Manager will plan and support the execution of monetization and value delivery strategies. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and customer-backed insights, this pivotal role will inform the Build and Construct Division’s product offering and price points. Frequent collaboration is expected across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to match customer needs with the Build and Construct Division’s portfolio of value-add products. Conduct complex customer research and market analysis across the construction technology and broader AEC landscape to identify customer needs, external drivers, trends, and willingness-to-pay that inform pricing and packaging recommendations. Design and execute sophisticated analytical tests and define the metrics and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of pricing and packaging decisions, iterating recommendations to maximize impact. Model pricing and packaging decision impact by building models that project the revenue and behavioral effects of pricing and packaging decisions, including second-order effects, and validating them against historical data. Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations that synthesize internal and external data into clear, defensible guidance on pricing and packaging decisions. Provide day-to-day project management on pricing and packaging opportunities requiring cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, operations, and other teams within the Build and Construct Division.
