About The Position

We are seeking a Pricing & Commercial Development Analyst to join our Commercial Development team. In this role, you will support pricing strategy, commercial initiatives, and business performance analysis across the North American market. You will leverage data, market intelligence, and analytical insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize commercial performance, and support strategic decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working cross-functionally, and influencing commercial strategy through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, strategy, consulting, or business analysis preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Understanding of pricing strategy, market dynamics, customer behavior, profitability drivers, and business performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or other analytical tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities that improve revenue and commercial results.
  • Support the development and execution of pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial initiatives across multiple markets and channels.
  • Monitor key business metrics, competitive activity, and performance trends to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that support commercial decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Fleet Strategy teams to evaluate business opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Contribute to commercial development projects focused on growth, profitability, process improvement, and customer acquisition.
