About The Position

Manage the cost and price proposal process to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and complete, meeting external client requirements, company standards, and established estimating system requirements. Apply specific functional expertise and general industry knowledge to develop and refine pricing approaches, supporting high‑quality proposal deliverables and competitive, well‑supported cost narratives. Develop or contribute to product and solution pricing activities addressing moderately complex pricing and proposal challenges, including validating pricing inputs, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring alignment between technical, cost, and price volumes. Work independently with some guidance and may review, mentor, or guide activities of junior pricing staff.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a pricing analyst or with pricing in a federal government or commercial environment
  • Experience obtaining and reviewing estimates for cost elements
  • Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy
  • Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and varied workload
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience pricing various contract types across various contract vehicles
  • Experience developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision-makers
  • Knowledge of system integration, the use of information technology, and advanced intelligence systems and tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Secret clearance
