About The Position
We’re looking for a driven Pricing Analyst to support the development and execution of pricing strategies. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Finance to analyze market trends, build pricing models, and contribute to data-driven decisions that impact the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with and interpret large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a data-driven, analytical role
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing structures
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support pricing recommendations
- Maintain basic pricing models and analytical tools
- Support the development and implementation of short- and long-term pricing strategies
- Analyze pricing performance and customer trends
- Assist with pricing analysis for new products, promotions, and business initiatives
- Maintain and update pricing databases, tools, and reporting systems
- Generate regular reports and dashboards on pricing trends and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support pricing initiatives
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, pricing materials, and presentations
- Assist in documenting and communicating pricing policies and procedures
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in pricing and analytics
- Perform other duties as assigned
