About The Position

As a Pricer, you help keep Goodwill stores running smoothly by sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for sale. Attention to detail ensures donations are handled responsibly and supports Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through the power of work.

The position is part-time, with shifts from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It requires availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds without support; request assistance from an additional team member for items over 40 pounds as needed.
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects as required by the job.
• Ability to perform repetitive-motion tasks; manual dexterity is required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of clothing, antiques, and collectibles is preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into saleable, salvage, and trash categories.
• Price merchandise accurately using baseline price guides.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals to keep the “Goodwill River” flowing.
• Provide excellent donor and customer service.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies.
