About The Position

As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you set prices for merchandise destined for the sales floor. You assess donated items based on condition, quality, and market trends, then apply pricing strategies that support competitive pricing and maximize sales. You work closely with team members, especially Pricer Support personnel, to maintain consistent pricing standards and efficient workflows. Your attention to detail, product-category knowledge, and understanding of customer preferences contribute to store revenue goals and customer satisfaction.

The role involves working in a consistently busy, noisy, and brightly lit store environment, with regular interactions with customers, donors, and coworkers. Employees may be asked to switch tasks or departments and are expected to work in assigned areas as operational needs require. Fundamental written and spoken English may be necessary to understand instructions and communicate with people who primarily use English.

• Ability to maintain balance and agility on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces.
• Visual acuity at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more.
• Fundamental understanding of written and spoken English may be necessary to understand instructions and communicate verbally and in writing.
