The Price Book Coordinator is responsible for setting up products, entering price changes, checking scan ability, processing files for new items, discontinuations, and cost changes. This role involves maintaining and updating item descriptions and pricing for assigned product categories, resolving store-level pricing discrepancies, and processing electronic vendor invoices. The coordinator will also communicate new items and price changes, manage store authorizations for vendors, research and resolve accounting and EDI issues, and update Price Book notes and documentation. Adherence to company policies and effective communication with internal and external customers are essential. The position also involves assisting the Price Book Manager with related tasks and projects.
