About The Position

This role is responsible for the upkeep of the Upkeep system, keeping equipment operational, championing facility upkeep, leading with safety, and collaborating on improvements.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mechanical skills (forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, etc.).
Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

Track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts.
Perform inspections, repairs, and installations on equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
Ensure the plant stays clean, organized, and production-ready.
Follow OSHA standards and company protocols to maintain safety.
Work with leadership on LEAN improvements and special projects.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (training and certification provided).
