PM Service Technicians perform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer farms to prevent reactive service needs and to keep the customer milking systems running smoothly.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to learn how to use trade tools.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to operate company vehicles).
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various farm environments.
A positive attitude, "can-do" spirit, and a passion for supporting the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance tasks according to type of equipment.
Provide excellent service during field visits and build positive rapport with farm owners.
Produce timely service reports and maintain accurate records of time and parts used.
Follow company and farm biosecurity protocols to protect animal health.
Remain reliable during scheduled on-call timeframes to support our 24/7 dairy partners.
