Requirements
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Experience with building systems or property maintenance
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- A commitment to safety and preventative care
- Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Complete inspections and record findings accurately
- Address minor repairs before they escalate
- Support guest room maintenance and property‑wide upkeep
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas
- Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects
