ICF is seeking a Prevention Specialist to join a team focused on enhancing a prevention-oriented, compliance-focused culture within the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s (ORR) care provider network. This role involves aligning policy, expectations, training, communication, monitoring, and continuous quality improvement. The project, part of the Prevention of Sexual Abuse initiative, includes conducting compliance audits and providing technical assistance to ORR providers. This is a six-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The project aims to leverage a team of prevention experts to analyze data, inform system improvements, and foster a culture of safety to prevent child abuse and neglect. Staff will be integrated into ORR’s response team to analyze serious incidents, monitoring and audit findings, and other data to support quality planning. The team will assess protocols, practices, and the workforce of approximately 150 care provider programs concerning safety culture and climate, offering recommendations for improvement and prevention strategies.
