CUA Prevention Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish/English)
About The Position
Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM) has been helping families achieve their greatest potential since 1970 by providing early childhood education, foster care & adoption, child welfare, mental & behavioral health, community and economic development, housing, community school services, and violence intervention services to the North Philadelphia communities. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in an office setting
- Experience working with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Committed to the Center’s cause and are able to excel in a high paced customer service driven environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Represents the agency when greeting clients, stakeholders and partners and answering phone calls.
- Answers phone to the Center’s general phone line.
- Greets guests to the Center in a professional manner.
- Supports staff with general office duties including copying and filing.
- Maintains databases tracking client satisfaction.
- Places supply orders and other duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
