The Prevention & Care Sales Specialist will be responsible for educating and selling the Prevention & Care portfolio to existing and new offices within a specified geography. This role involves building strong business partnerships with authorized dealers and their sales representatives, directing and developing distributors and dealers to sell Ivoclar Prevention & Care solutions, and introducing new products and promotions to gain market share. The specialist will also advise staff on practice growth strategies, collaborate with territory sales representatives, and develop dental professionals as referrals and customers. Participation in trade shows and seminars, selling to dental schools, leveraging CE education programs, and understanding government dental facilities are also key aspects of the role. A comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory, including competitive analysis, is required.
