About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join their team and help keep their stores running smoothly. This role involves ensuring equipment like Slurpee machines are functioning correctly and addressing in-store maintenance challenges. The technician will respond to work orders for minor repairs, manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments. Safety and adherence to service manual guidelines are essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Show leadership and effective communications
• Project/stretch assignments
• Facility location ownership

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.)
• Replace ‘plug and play’ equipment
• Order and manage parts inventory
• Complete daily reports
• Schedule and prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned
