Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic machinery and equipment used in machine repair.
  • Ability to identify and diagnose simple mechanical issues using standard procedures.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery with precision.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensures repair work meets established quality standards and specifications.
  • Accurately follows detailed repair instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical components and circuits commonly found in machinery.
  • Efficiently manages time to complete routine repair tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Communicates effectively with team members to relay technical information and updates.
  • Capable of conveying complex technical information clearly within the team.
  • Performs straightforward troubleshooting tasks to resolve minor machine malfunctions.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems in machinery.
  • Skilled in performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Expertise in maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment logs.
  • Ability to calibrate machinery to specifications, ensuring precision and functionality.
  • Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations during machine repair and maintenance.
  • Experienced in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve machine issues.
  • Ensures all repairs meet quality standards and contribute to the overall quality of team output.
  • Works effectively with team members to achieve common objectives and integrate repair activities.
  • Moderate physical activity requires agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
  • Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
  • May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
  • Manufacturing Machine repair experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of pump and motor replacement into manufacturing machines and equipment
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and execute preventative maintenance on machinery following standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot straightforward machine malfunctions using established guidelines and diagnostic tools.
  • Carry out necessary repairs on equipment under close supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Accurately record all maintenance and repair tasks in maintenance logs and reports.
  • Communicate technical information and work effectively with team members to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in machinery to determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Execute regular and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing repair and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
