About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join their team and help keep stores running smoothly. This role involves ensuring equipment like Slurpee machines are functioning correctly and addressing in-store maintenance challenges. The technician will respond to work orders for minor equipment repairs, manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and prioritize assignments for efficiency. They will also be responsible for reading and following service manual guidelines, working safely, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Show leadership and effective communications, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned
