About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join their team and help keep their stores running smoothly. This role involves ensuring equipment like Slurpee machines are at the perfect chill and tackling in-store maintenance challenges. The technician will respond to work orders for minor repairs, manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and prioritize assignments for efficiency. They will also read and follow service manual guidelines, work safely, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Show leadership and effective communications
• Project/stretch assignments
• Facility location ownership

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned
