About The Position

The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Preventative Maintenance/Lube Technician for its LEVY Big River location in Osceola, Arkansas. The technician performs preventive maintenance and lubrication on mobile equipment. The role is suited to someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in specializing in the heavy equipment industry. It offers a career progression path into a Heavy Equipment Mechanic position. Pay is $24–$28; the shift and schedule vary.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of mobile equipment and lubrication points.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to manipulate hand and power tools.
• Ability to use and understand manuals.
• Ability to read and write.
• Knowledge of appropriate safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate and service mobile equipment.
• Take and send oil samples.
• Inspect vehicles to identify safety defects.
• Make minor repairs to vehicles during preventive maintenance.
• Maintain general housekeeping to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Requisition parts and supplies.
• Keep records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
