About The Position

Coke Florida is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Fleet Technician based out of our Tampa location. Working 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of technical experience on light, medium and heavy equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative as a self-starter
  • Excellent demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Provide and maintain personal hand tools appropriate for performing high‑quality mechanical duties
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Valid liability insurance and driving record within Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) policy guidelines

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years technical experience highly preferred
  • Preventative maintenance and repair of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment
  • Gasoline, diesel, propane and/or electric vehicle experience preferred
  • ASE certification and CDL license or certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all company fleet assets
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all company fleet assets
  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance services in accordance with company and DOT standards
  • Follow, adhere to, and demonstrate all company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Respond promptly to service calls and roadside breakdowns as needed
  • Maintain, organize, and properly care for tools, equipment, and workspaces
  • Accurately maintain company maintenance records, service logs, and documentation
