Requirements

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of PM planning/scheduling experience
Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and plant maintenance principles
Experience with SAP, CMMS systems, and work order management
Strong skills in planning, organization, and inventory control
Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and write detailed repair reports
A proactive mindset—someone who plans ahead to prevent issues, not just fix them
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in a liquid fill environment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance
Manage equipment data, repair files, and parts inventory systems
Build and maintain a library of repair documentation and procedures
Support development and optimization of our CMMS system
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Conduct inspections and make adjustments to maintain performance
Develop easy-to-use parts identification and inventory systems
Help drive plant safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives
Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and maintenance documentation
Keep operations running smoothly by staying organized, proactive, and detail-focused
