The Pretreatment Energy Engineer will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential pretreatment production related energy risks, proposing solutions for successful energy continuous improvement project outcomes, and analyzing project specifications and blueprints. This role involves supporting pretreatment production energy-related materials utility, tracking, and processing on-site energy projects, including baseline review and plan assessment. The engineer will conduct energy audits and assessments to quantify consumption and recommend savings, implement Procore for tracking energy usage, and train associates on energy utility control and energy-saving measures. Responsibilities also include running an on-site energy control plan, managing energy audits and work orders, ensuring equipment utility compliance with safety policies, and adhering to the Responsible Care Management System. The role also involves planning daily production, running pre-shift meetings, participating in equipment maintenance, assisting with procurement, and creating maintenance direction for associates.
