About The Position

Massey Services is seeking a Pretreat Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the overall customer experience, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, and the accurate and timely completion of required paperwork. The technician will compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend a customized service plan that best meets customer needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
• Strong work ethic
• Adept to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communicator
