About The Position

Our exterior cleaning technicians are trained to become experts in pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Requirements

• Reliability: you show up and do what you say you will (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM start).

• Safety-ready: must be able to understand and follow written and verbal safety instructions provided in English to perform essential job duties safely.
• Communication: you speak up early when you need clarity or face an issue.
• A passion for working outdoors.
• Pride in workmanship and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.
• Valid NC Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the North Raleigh warehouse.
• Professionalism: you work safely and understand this is a drug-free workplace.
• Excellent punctuality (clock in between 7:15am and 7:30am)
• Show up when scheduled

Nice To Haves

• Construction or exterior work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods.
• Work at heights within fall-protection limits.
• Read and follow safety instructions and job assignments accurately.
