Pressure Washer Technician - Overnight Shift
About The Position
Kept Companies is the largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company in the nation. With nine leading brands and over 100 locations nationwide, it serves restaurant, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarket industries. The company provides commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services. The Pressure Washer Technician performs pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, operating and maintaining equipment while following safety protocols. The role requires physical work, including lifting 50–70 lbs and working in various weather conditions. Weekend work may be needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and DMV record check.
- Must be able to work weekends, if needed.

- Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.
- Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
