About The Position

Tru Colors Contracting is seeking an experienced Pressure Cleaning Leader to join their growing team. They are an award-winning painting and exterior restoration company serving Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. The company is looking for a skilled pressure cleaning professional who can lead by example, operate commercial equipment safely, and help deliver exceptional results on residential and commercial projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of pressure cleaning experience
Experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment, surface cleaners, pumps, hoses, and related tools
Ability to lead a crew and maintain quality and safety standards on job sites
Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, lifts, and at heights
Experience with residential and commercial pressure cleaning projects
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Valid Florida Driver's License
Authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a background check
Verifiable work references

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of soft washing techniques and cleaning chemicals is a plus
