In this role, you'll operate stamping presses, pre-setters, and other metal processing equipment to produce high-quality parts while maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Ability to work accurately and thoroughly in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, trustworthy, and safety-focused
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience operating stamping presses or secondary manufacturing equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Operating stamping presses, pre-setters, and secondary metal processing equipment
- Running single-stroke hand feed presses safely and efficiently
- Performing daily machine safety inspections and checks
- Turning machines on and off following established procedures
- Conducting data entry and production reporting in computer systems
- Operating a forklift as part of daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Minimizing scrap and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Ensuring all work meets established quality standards and requirements
- Collaborating with manufacturing team members, project managers, and supervisors
- Completing additional duties and special projects as assigned
