About The Position

JV Manufacturing is a third-generation, family-owned company with a strong community culture. We are looking for a dependable individual to join our team as a Press Operator. This role involves operating mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision, loading materials, monitoring production runs, and performing basic quality inspections. You will work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade, with opportunities for growth into an apprenticeship role. • Willingness to work in a production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
