Every part you create will contribute to the production of everyday goods used across the nation. Your Impact: Precision Craftsmanship: Master the art of operating our presses, transforming raw materials into essential components. Quality Champion: Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure every part meets our rigorous standards, contributing to the overall excellence of our products. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team, contributing your skills and expertise to achieve shared goals. Process Mastery: Handle tooling, load and unload presses, and manage part extraction with efficiency and precision. Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.

- Maintain accurate production records, ensuring seamless operations.
Benefits
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
- 1st shift: 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday
- 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday - Friday
- 3rd shift: 11pm-7am, Sunday - Thursday
- Competitive Compensation:
- $16.50-$16.75
- $1.50 shift differential (for 2nd and 3rd shift) = $18.00 - $18.25/hour
