About The Position

Due to rapid growth and increased production demand, we are actively hiring Press Operators to join our team right away. No prior press experience is required—we provide hands-on training to set you up for success. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start a manufacturing career, recent high school or trade school graduates, and individuals with mechanical aptitude ready to learn new skills. If you’re dependable and ready to work, we’re ready to train you.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work extended shifts and overtime

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation
• Recent graduate from a technical or trade program

Responsibilities

• Operate punch, stamping, and forming presses (5–150 ton range)
• Run progressive die stamping and metal forming processes
• Load materials and monitor machine cycles for quality output
• Assist with die setup, adjustments, and changeovers (training provided)
• Inspect finished parts to meet aerospace-grade precision standards
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues (misfeeds, defects)
• Follow safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
