About The Position

Join the PrintsWell production team. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented press operator who takes pride in quality and works well in a fast-paced environment. Experience operating an HP Indigo digital press is strongly preferred. PrintsWell is a Christian-owned, family-owned personalized stationery company located in the Pelham/Oak Mountain area. Requirements

• Previous commercial printing or press operation experience preferred.
• HP Indigo operating experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating an HP Indigo digital press is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital printing equipment.
• Set up and process print jobs according to production specifications.
• Inspect printed materials for color, registration, and overall quality.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor printing or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Track jobs and complete required production documentation.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
