About The Position

The Press Operator is responsible for operating a Heat Press machine to meet daily production quotas. This role requires attention to detail in verifying materials, maintaining a clean workstation, and adhering to a production schedule. The position is available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with varying hours and pay rates. Overtime opportunities are available as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting
• Very proficient with computers
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Possess reliable transportation
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner

Responsibilities

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Perform any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead
