Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Communication skills.
  • Properly fill out required paperwork.
  • Understand part quality, what good and bad parts look like and how to spot them.
  • Ability to review quality pulls quickly and notify shift lead if a defect is found.
  • Packaging parts properly and efficiently.
  • Withstand being on feet for 12 hours.
  • Follow set standards (GMP, ISO, safety, etc.).
  • Accurately record information required.
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior plastics experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent collection and packaging of parts from assigned press(es).
  • Ensure quality checks across shift (once per hour) are completed in a timely and accurately manner.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork at press, properly documenting quality checks, scrap, and downtime.
  • Inform shift lead of any issues with parts or machine immediately.
  • Keep workstation neat and orderly using provided tools while cleaning throughout shift.
