About The Position

We are looking for ambitious individuals, like you, to join our team. Work hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch. Pay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment. Additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift. Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment.

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Perform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractions
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures
• Able to read and interpret tape measures
• Ability to work in a factory environment- standing, bending. Lifting up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environment
• Previous experience with stamping presses or related manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Placing materials and removing finished parts into stamping press
• Complete production and inspection reports as required
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Hourly inspection of parts
• Packing parts off conveyor into various totes/ bins
