About The Position

Flex-N-Gate is seeking ambitious individuals to join their team as a Press Operator Packer on the 3rd shift. This role involves operating a stamping press, handling materials, and packing finished parts. The work hours are from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with a straight 8-hour shift that includes a paid lunch. The pay rate starts at $20.55 per hour, with scheduled increases at 3 and 6 months of employment. An additional $0.50 shift differential is provided for the 3rd shift. Employees are also eligible for a monthly attendance bonus starting from their first full month of employment.

Requirements

• Ability to place materials and remove finished parts into stamping press
• Ability to complete production and inspection reports
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Ability to perform hourly inspection of parts
• Ability to pack parts off conveyor into various totes/bins
