About The Position

As a Press Operator, you will: Set up, adjust, operate and maintain wide web printing press Install plates and blankets Make necessary color or register adjustments Replace press rollers, using hand tools Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career Thorough knowledge of wide web press required. Must have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. DMP, RLI and COMN experience desired. Leadership experience is preferred. We will provide the job specific training you would need!Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs. occasionally and up to 10-25 lbs. frequently Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of wide web press required
• Must have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow job tickets
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ability to read a micrometer
• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 20-50 lbs. occasionally and up to 10-25 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
