About The Position
Join Smyth Companies in Minneapolis and help produce high-quality labels and packaging for leading consumer brands. We’re looking for an experienced Press Lead who takes pride in quality, leadership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of flexographic printing experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead, communicate, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience that includes cold foil, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and/or tactile varnishes AND the ability to deliver consistent quality throughput would be reflected in your overall compensation.
Responsibilities
- Lead press operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals
- Troubleshoot and support press performance mechanically and operationally
- Collaborate with production teams to deliver top-quality products
- Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ISO quality standards
